We are looking for a Workday Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. Requirements (What We’re Looking For): Workday Project Management certification (Required) Fluent in English (Required) 2+ years’ experience project managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required) Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (Required) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required) Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred) Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred) Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered Participate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames Lead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services team Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Advise clients on Workday best practices Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Benefits (What We’re Offering): Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary Comprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus:Christmas bonus (30 days)70% vacation bonus15 days off per yearHome office bonus or transportation bonus$1,600 food stampsPrivate medical insurance for you and your familyDental and Optical insuranceLife insuranceTraining platformAgreements with UniversitiesFinancial services (MINU)Total Pass Gym TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-REMOTE #J-18808-Ljbffr
