Material Handler - 5 month assignment (Queretaro, Mexico) 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. is seeking someone who is responsible for meeting company standards in quality, safety, security, accuracy and productivity of the warehouse in Mexico (receiving, manufacturing, or shipping). A certain degree of creativity and initiative is required for a 5 month assignment. Position Duties and Responsibilities Logistics Activities Pick and pack orders for shipment and manufacturing as needed. Check and verify orders for shipping and manufacturing. Move products to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate locations according to storage specifications. Perform cycle counts. Move product, either receipt, pick or, pack via hand held bar code scanner. Check or count freight for accuracy and damage. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift equipment. Dock duties: Loading and unloading freight Support Activities Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety. Perform other job functions as assigned.
