Misión del cargo El Engagement Coordinator gestionará la relación post‑venta, asegurando satisfacción y coordinando proyectos de instalación contra incendios. Funciones del cargo: Responsabilidades principales Gestionar la relación con los clientes después de la venta, asegurando que todas sus necesidades sean atendidas de manera oportuna y eficiente. Hacer seguimiento a los proyectos de instalación de sistemas contra incendio, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y requisitos acordados con los clientes. Resolver cualquier inconveniente o inquietud de los clientes durante la fase post‑venta. Coordinar con los departamentos internos (ventas, ingeniería, logística, etc.) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos y calidad del servicio. Servir como punto de contacto principal para los clientes durante el proceso de post‑venta. Realizar visitas de seguimiento para asegurar la satisfacción continua del cliente y resolver cualquier eventualidad. Preparar y entregar informes periódicos sobre el estado de los proyectos y los resultados. Experiencia Mínima de 3 años en procesos de post‑venta y en la instalación de sistemas contra incendio. Área comercial. Indispensable Contar con conocimientos en el sistema contra incendios. Zona de trabajo Monterrey, NL. Requisitos Sistema Contra Incendios. Ingeniería o Licenciatura Concluida.
