We are currently looking for a Billing and Collections Specialist who will manage all aspects of the billing and collections process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments. This role involves working closely with project managers and clients and requires strong attention to detail and communication skills. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and send invoicesbased on contracts, milestones, and completed work. Verify billing accuracyand secure approvalsfrom project managers. Monitor accountsreceivable, contact clientsabout past-due accounts,and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile accounts and prepare regular collection status reports. Serve as the primary point of contactfor clients and internal teams on billinginquiries. Maintain detailedbilling records and payment histories. Assist with special accounting projects, controls, and documentation. Identify processimprovements for billingand collections efficiency. Attend weeklysupervisor check-ins. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience with billingand collections (minimumof five years preferred). Experience working with insurance companies or adjusters (Is a plus). HubSpot CRM experience– mandatory. Ability to use Google Suiteand adapt to new technologies. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multipleprojects and deadlines. Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing capacity. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Dependable, with strong customer service skills and a sales mindset WORK ENVIRONMENT This remote position requires consistent access to reliable internet and the ability to collaborate with team membersand clients in a virtualenvironment.
