Sales Coordinator – EF Join an exciting Sales role where your work will have a real impact on people’s futures. As a Sales Coordinator at EF, you will promote and sell our language courses abroad, build relationships with potential clients, guide them through the sales process, and ensure their satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses abroad. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions based on our course offerings. Engage prospective clients with consultative selling, offering personalized advice and recommendations that match their learning goals. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our language courses, destinations, and associated services, staying updated on industry trends and competitors. Provide high‑level customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering support as required. Collaborate with colleagues from various countries to exchange best practices and maintain a consistent global experience for clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in brand‑awareness events (stands, fairs, presentations at schools and universities) to generate leads. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields. Prior sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment; experience in education, travel, or intangible products is an advantage. Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; additional language proficiency is a plus. International experience (lived, worked, or studied abroad) preferred to relate to prospective customers. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long‑term relationships. Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to thrive under pressure; occasional weekend shifts may be required. Team player who collaborates effectively with a culturally diverse group. Tech‑savvy, proficient with sales and CRM tools to manage leads and track KPIs. Success Metrics Success in this role is defined by reaching weekly and monthly sales targets and other predefined KPIs related to calls, visits, online meetings, and more.
