They focus on residential real estate and place a strong emphasis on branding, marketing, presentations, and social media presence to support their growth and visibility in their market.What You’ll DoOur Client is looking for a proactive and experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist to support their team’s marketing and branding efforts. This role is focused on creating marketing materials, presentations, and social media content, while also taking ownership of the overall marketing execution.Your Core ResponsibilitiesCreate marketing materials for real estate listings, buyers, and closings.Develop and design presentations, including buyer presentations and location-based materials.Manage and create content for social media platforms, primarily Instagram.Create Instagram stories and other social media assets for new listings, closed deals, and new buyers.Review existing marketing assets and propose improvements or new ideas.Take ownership of marketing tasks and execute them independently.Collaborate with the team to support rebranding and new marketing initiatives.Ensure timely communication and delivery of marketing materials during working hours.Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong understanding of real estate marketing concepts and branding.Advanced proficiency using Canva for marketing and presentation design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours.Experience creating social media content for real estate brands or personal brands.Basic understanding of social media strategy and content planning.Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram marketing concepts.Experience supporting rebranding or remarketing initiatives.Highly proactive and self-driven.Creative and detail-oriented.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Organized and reliable with consistent communication.Comfortable taking charge and suggesting new ideas.Presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).9am to 5pm ESTWhat You’ll GetPayment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate\'s preference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
