This individual will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, enhance customer relationships, and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns.Design effective email templates that align with our brand.Segment email lists based on customer demographics and behaviors.Analyze campaign performance and optimize for greater engagement and conversion rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.Track and report email marketing metrics to inform future strategies.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve campaigns.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.Proficient in email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics.Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.Experience in ecommerce marketing is a plus.
