As a strategic business partner, you will be working closely with Operations leaders to drive results through talent management, leadership development and cultural transformation. This is an impactful role that requires collaboration and influence to deliver key business outcomes. The key responsibilities include: Translate operational priorities into People actions (structure, talent, performance and capabilities). Required Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in HRBP or PBP roles. Experience in logistics or operations is highly desirable. A strong ability to influence decision-making processes and navigate challenging conversations effectively. A customer-centric approach combined with a focus on driving results-oriented culture change initiatives.
