Work for a global leader industry Excellent opportunity to get real work experience Opportunities to see your efforts contribute toward the success of the business Cafeteria Transport We are conducting a search for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform the Supply Chain organization of a high-complexity Engineering-to-Order manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance by overseeing four critical areas: Manufacturing Planning, Materials & Internal Logistics, Import–Export, and SAP Manufacturing Support. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving planning accuracy, optimizing material flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision making across the plant. This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong influence, the ability to work in a fast-paced ETO environment, and proven experience aligning supply chain processes with engineering, operations, and program management. Key Responsibilities 1. Manufacturing Planning Leadership Lead the Planning organization (Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Production Planning). Translate engineering requirements and customer configurations into executable manufacturing plans. Ensure accurate load/capacity models, build sequences, material alignment, and project commitments. Drive demand planning and forecasting with at least 8 years of experience in Planning (demand, supply, or production). Improve schedule adherence and reduce last-minute changes. 2. Materials & Internal Logistics Oversee all internal material flows from receiving to shipping: inbound, warehouses, WIP, kitting, internal routes, inventory control, and outbound logistics. Strengthen warehouse discipline, layout efficiency, material accuracy, and kitting operations for ETO products. Lead Managers and Supervisors to ensure execution excellence and inventory accuracy >98%. 3. Import–Export & Compliance Lead Import–Export operations, including classification, compliance, IMMEX, T-MEC regulations, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Ensure flawless execution and readiness for internal and external audits. 4. SAP & Manufacturing Data Support Oversee SAP master data, BOM accuracy, routings, manufacturing parameters, and production order integrity. Ensure seamless integration between Engineering, SAP, Planning, and Operations. Drive digitalization, data quality, and system discipline across the organization. Leadership Responsibilities Manage a multi-layer team including Sr Managers, Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Specialists Build capability, provide coaching, and elevate the technical level of the supply chain organization Implement KPIs, dashboards, and standard processes for visibility and control Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Finance Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning (required) Strong experience leading supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment (ETO or high-mix, low-volume preferred) Bilingual English–Spanish (advanced communication required) Strong knowledge of SAP (PP, MM, WM; PS is a plus) Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement Ability to navigate high complexity, multiple priorities, and engineering-driven environments Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in Engineering-to-Order or Make-to-Order environments APICS CPIM or CSCP certification Experience managing multi-department supply chain structures Strong understanding of master data governance Demonstrated success improving Planning accuracy and material flow efficiency Soft Skills Strategic decision-making with hands-on problem-solving ability Strong sense of urgency and accountability Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Ability to lead through change and develop high-performance teams A leading manufacturer is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Senior Supply Forecast Analyst to join our team This role supports the supply chain team in forecasting customer demand, inventory management, analytics, reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about product, customers, data analysis with a relentless curiosity for insights that will optimize customer satisfaction, revenue, margin, and inventory productivity. This is a highly integrated position, interfacing with virtually every department. Communication and collaboration are critical for success. Duties/Responsibilities: Balance appropriate customer service levels and overall inventory objectives Utilize PFEP-Plan for Every Part methodology to determine optimal stocking levels and supply plans to support our customers Identify and manage excess and obsolete product with a continuous improvement approach to minimize future causes Proactively communicate potential supply issues with Sourcing while leading issue resolution Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure successful supply to plants, KPIs are being met, and continuous improvement is being achieved Assume lead role in management of MRP tools necessary to drive inventory levels to support key metrics/business objectives Take ownership of and maintain material master settings to maintain efficient workflows and the proper flow of inventory through our supply chain and to the customer Support the monthly Supply Review (Supply/Demand balancing) meetings as a part of the SIOP process Present department KPI to general managers and various levels of senior and executive leadership (customer fill rate, inventory days on hand, aging inventory, etc.) Create processes to manage both stocking and made-to-order items Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plans Conduct monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their site(s) – and identify corrective actions Skills/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred 5+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, or a related supply chain management role Ability to communicate conversationally in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong analytical skills with applied statistical knowledge to support demand, supply, and inventory planning decisions Hands-on experience with S&OP, SIOP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building complex models and working with large datasets; experience with Power BI strongly preferred Demonstrated experience creating and managing Excel and database files, with SQL query development experience a plus Extensive MRP planning experience, with a strong preference for SAP and M2M environments Exposure to data warehousing, analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred Benefits & Compensation: Year-end Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Paid vacation in accordance with Mexican Federal Labor Law, increasing with seniority Statutory public holidays Social security and housing benefits (IMSS and INFONAVIT) Employer-sponsored savings fund Private medical insurance (major and minor), supplementing social security coverage Birth assistance benefit Funeral assistance benefit #J-18808-Ljbffr
