**Vacante en Guanajuato****Yunsen Logistics**, proporcionar información financiera veraz, oportuna y confiable para la correcta toma de decisiones así como cuidar el correcto cumplimento de las normas financieras vigentes. Así como también, elaboración de presupuestos & pronósticos que reflejen la estrategia financiera a corto y largo plazo de la compañía a fin de proporcionar visibilidad al equipo directivo sobre los resultados esperados.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Administración, Contabilidad o afín (Titulado).- 1 o 2 años de experiência en el área contable-administrativo.- Inglés avanzado.- Manejo de bases de datos.- Implementaciones de Scorecard deseable- Buenas habilidades sociales.- Enfoque en el cliente.- Resolución de problemas.- Trabajo por objetivos.- Pensamiento crítico.- Sentido de urgencia.**Responsabilidades**:- Revisión de los registros contables de la compañía.- Revisar y validar que las facturas programadas a pago cuenten con los documentos adecuados acorde a la política definida.- Monitorear que las solicitudes y pagos se hagan en tiempo y de forma completa- Control y seguimiento de las integraciones de cuentas de balance.- Control de provisiones de gastos elaboradas en forma mensual.- Elaboración mensual de papeles de trabajo para el reporte de resultados a Japón.- Elaboración de Budget & Forecast de la compañía conforme lo requiera el equipo directivo- Análisis de resultados mensuales vs. Budget & Forecast.- Revisión y seguimiento de los contratos de arrendamiento para efectos de NIF D5- Elaboración de prorrateos en general para ser utilizados por las diversas áreas.- Elaboración de hojas de cálculo, tablas y gráficos para los informes financieros.- Monitorear el control y seguimiento del activo fijo de la compañía- Revisión del cálculo de servicios logísticos internacionales con Intercompañías- Revisión, control y envío de los Kaizen del área de Finanzas- Actualización mensual de los resultados en Power BI**Ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones de ley + superiores.- Aguinaldo a 30 días.- Vacaciones de acuerdo a la ley.- Prima vacacional del 50%.- Fondo de ahorro al 13% (topado por ley).- Vales de despensa al 10% (topado por ley).- Seguro de Vida.- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores.- Plan dental.- Plan de pensiones.- Horario flexible.- Esquema híbrido.**Si buscas crecer profesionalmente está vacante es para ti.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida
