Trabajamos en equipo, de manera colaborativa con una mentalidad abierta al aprendizaje y mejora continua.Nuestro objetivo es tener un impacto positivo en la vida de clientes, candidatos, proveedores y nuestro equipo.Descripción del puestoImportante empresa líder en tecnología y soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial está en búsqueda de un Chief Financial Officer.El rol tiene como objetivo liderar la estrategia financiera integral de la compañía, actuando como socio estratégico del CEO y del Board, asegurando la creación de valor, la escalabilidad del negocio y la solidez financiera en un entorno tecnológico altamente dinámico.Principales Responsabilidades:Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia financiera yFP&A de la compañía en línea con el plan de crecimiento y creación de valor.Liderar la planeación financiera, presupuestos, forecasts y modelos de largo plazo, asegurando control y visibilidad del negocio.Supervisar contabilidad, control de gestión, tesorería, compliance, auditorías y cierres mensuales bajo normas IFRS.Gestionar liquidez, cash flow, estructura de capital, relaciones bancarias y financiamiento.Definir estrategias de pricing y analizar la rentabilidad por cliente, producto y unidad de negocio, con foco en métricas SaaS.Interactuar con accionistas, inversionistas y potenciales compradores.Liderar procesos de automatización financiera, reporting ejecutivo y dashboards para la toma de decisiones y posteriornarrativa para el CEO, Board e inversionistas.Participar activamente en procesos de M&A, levantamiento de capital y evaluación de oportunidades estratégicas.Construir y liderar el equipo financiero, actuando como partner estratégico de las áreas de Growth, Product, Engineering y Operations.Graduado en ciencias económicas o carreras afines.Trayectoria profesionalde 10 años en posiciones senior de finanzas (CFO, VP Finance o líder senior de Strategic Finance) en empresas SaaS, tecnología, IA o soluciones enterprise tech.Se valorará experiencia previa en Investment Banking.Alta capacidad analítica y sólida habilidad en financial modeling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
