Objetivo General del Puesto: Responsable de ejecución de las operaciones contables, conciliación y revisión de la contabilidad general y los procesos de B2R en su totalidad en el análisis de los estados financieros Actividades del Puesto: Operar junto con focal points actividades de contabilidad B2R Preparar “Reporting package LATAM” Operar, administrar y revisar reconciliaciones de cuentas y control maestro de riesgos. Operar proyecto REM norma IFRS16 Soporte backup staff de auditorias internas y extarnas Operar y controlar activo fijo Operar controlar conciliaciones bancarias Regionales Operar check list de matrix control LATAM Metas / objetivos específicos Operar de forma eficiente actividades contables de región. Operar la lista de control de riesgos del área financiera en cierre mensual / trimestral / anual. Operar la lista control de riesgos REM. Operar las reconciliaciones de cuentas a través de la Región LATAM estén debidamente documentadas y soportadas. Gestionar y operar Cero GL cuentas contables NO reconciliadas Operar Cero discrepancias en REM Operar Emisión de estado financiero dictaminado correctamente en tiempo. Administración de activo fijo Requerimientos necesarios: Universitario Titulado Inglés B1 Intermedio Contabilidad General Costo de ventas - control de inventarios Control interno - Auditoría Interna – Externa Manejo de equipo de trabajo Reporte finanzas - emisión de Estados Financieros Office: Excel y PowerPoint (Avanzado) Finanzas corporativas, contabilidad financiera y auditoria. Normatividad Internacional IFRS - NIFF. Reporteo a multinacional. Operación gestión LATAM Manejo de ERP ( SAP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
