Developer Middleware – Capgemini Recruiter: Alexander González Position: Developer Middleware Location: CDMX Work Modality: Remote Industry: Banking Responsibilities Monitor application performance and support issue resolution. Validate updates and manage deployments. Maintain technical documentation. Ensure application security and compliance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Support weekend releases and on‑call duties. Qualifications Experience with Oracle Tuxedo, WebLogic, IBM HTTP Server, and NGINX. Familiarity with Oracle as a Service and automation using shellscript/powershell. Knowledge of Linux/Windows environments and certificate implementation. Basic understanding of Java, .NET, and SQL (a plus). Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. Intermediate English and strong soft skills: proactivity, analysis, teamwork, communication, and customer focus. Soft Skills Work under pressure. Quality at work. Results oriented.
