Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain conversational agents using AI platforms and large language model APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). Integrate agents with enterprise systems (REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, CRMs, messaging platforms) and manage secure connections (OAuth, API keys, mTLS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agent usability and regulatory compliance. Document technical designs, architectural decisions, prompt playbooks, and deployment guides.
