As a Customer Experience Specialist you will provide world‑class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner on every call, measured by various performance metrics. Responsibilities Research and resolve issues reported by the client's end‑users via phone, email, and chat support. Manage and maintain a test lab of devices running services to reproduce customer issues. Ensure all log‑in and passwords (both internal and external) are kept confidential. Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures. Benefits Weekly payment. Paid Birthday Leave. Paid Time Off starting at 21 days in the first year. Food vouchers of 220 MXN weekly. Requirements Must be willing to complete assessments that include a typing test of 25+ words per minute. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Adaptable and flexible, able to work with process and information changes. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Willingness to participate in background screening. Recommended Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat support is preferred but not required. Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, or technical support.
