Manage tax audits and disputes with regulatory authorities.Compliance & Risk Management: Develop and implement robust compliance programs to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations.Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, including licensing deals, joint ventures, and partnerships.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely among internal areas, such as Finance, Marketing, Commercial Divisions to address legal challenges and support business growth initiatives.Mentor and lead a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.Legal degree or equivalent; Specialties on Business, Corporate and Government Relations is a plus.~10+ years of experience in corporate law, tax and litigation within a large multinational organization or law firm.~Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and delivering successful outcomes in high-stakes cases.~ Proven experience and expertise in Tax subjects and Tax litigations as well.Join a Global Team
