Operations Coordinator (Marketing Industry)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Executive Team. This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks 3 steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys keeping projects and people organized. You'll work closely with executives and the marketing department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent follow-through on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support executives with scheduling, follow-ups, and organization across multiple projects.
- Keep track of priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.
- Manage and streamline internal workflows between leadership and the marketing team.
- Follow up consistently with team members and vendors to ensure tasks are completed.
- Maintain organized records, digital files, and progress trackers.
- Assist in coordinating marketing and operational initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks and correspondence as needed.

Ideal Candidate

- Naturally organized, proactive, and always thinking several steps ahead.
- Not afraid to follow up repeatedly to make sure things get done.
- Experienced in marketing coordination or supporting marketing managers.
- Skilled at working directly with executives and leadership teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to new projects.

Tools & Platforms

You'll primarily use browser-based tools and apps such as: Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and Qwilr.

Compensation

$1500–$1800 USD/month
