Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale hiring operations, particularly in the BPO sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet aggressive volume hiring targets. Partner with business leaders and operations to forecast manpower requirements and build scalable hiring plans. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Oversee bulk hiring campaigns for entry-level, mid-level, and niche roles in BPO and shared service environments. Implement innovative sourcing channels such as employee referral drives, job fairs, social media hiring, campus recruitment, and vendor partnerships. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring KPIs are met. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, training, and operations to align hiring timelines with business requirements. Regularly present hiring metrics, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership. Streamline recruitment processes for faster turnaround times without compromising quality. Ensure adherence to compliance, diversity, and inclusion standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
