Senior Meta Media Buyer We're hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns at scale. Decide when to test, hold, scale, or pull back campaigns based on performance data. Allocate budgets efficiently, prioritizing high‑return opportunities. Design structured testing frameworks rather than random experiments. Push back on initiatives when data do not support the request. Ensure accurate tracking (Pixel, CAPI, CRM, trackers) and diagnose data discrepancies. Understand how messaging, funnels, and sales impact performance and communicate insights. Lead performance discussions with confidence, being prepared, punctual, and data‑backed. Directly manage KPIs: Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL) and budget pacing accuracy. Provide clear explanations for performance shifts and quality of decisions. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Meta media buyer. Proven track record of managing large ad budgets independently. Deep understanding of Meta’s ad products, audience targeting, and creative best practices. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data‑driven decision making. Experience with performance‑based bonus structures tied to account growth and efficiency. The role is fully remote and requires asynchronous communication using Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
