Subdirector Comercial para liderar estrategia de ventas en sectores industrialesSobre nuestro clienteNuestro cliente es una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de estructuras metálicas personalizadas para sectores como generación eléctrica, minería, construcción y ferrocarrilDescripciónEste puesto lidera la estrategia comercial y la gestión de equipo de ventas para clientes industriales, con foco en soluciones personalizadas y enfoque técnico-operativo.ResponsabilidadesDiseño y ejecución del plan comercial: claridad sobre el estado actual de cada cliente.Desarrollo de negocio: identificar oportunidades con clientes actuales y nuevos; sentarse con managers de supply chain y presentar soluciones.Negociación estratégica: definir qué se puede y no se puede ofrecer en términos de precio y solución.Seguimiento operativo: asegurar el cumplimiento de entregas y procesos ya vendidos.Interacción con operaciones: trabajar de cerca con el equipo técnico para validar viabilidad de soluciones.Gestión de equipo: liderar a dos gerentes (back office y front office) con un equipo total de 7 a 10 personas.Perfil buscadoEl/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:Formación: Ingeniería (preferente) o experiencia técnica equivalente.Experiencia: 10 a 15 años en ventas B2B de productos o soluciones personalizadas.Idiomas: Inglés avanzadoSoft Skills: Proactividad, capacidad analítica y numérica, dirección estratégica y orientación a la mejora continua.Disponibilidad para trabajar en Ciudad de México 100% presencialQué OfrecemosSalario competitivo en un rango aproximado de $90.000 a $130.000 MXN mensuales.Prestaciones superiores a la leyAutomóvil proporcionado por la empresa para uso laboral.Ambiente laboral profesional y enfocado en el crecimiento del talento.Oportunidades de desarrollo profesionalOficinas ubicadas en la Ciudad de México #J-18808-Ljbffr
