Senior Specialist – Salesforce CRM Analytics Experience: 7–11 years Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics for Salesforce to lead data-driven insights and optimize customer relationship management within the Salesforce Analytics domain. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Utilize advanced Salesforce CRM Analytics tools to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics. Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. Enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies using Salesforce Analytics capabilities. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce technologies. Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects. Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools. Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions. Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes. Monitor and optimize analytics performance and data accuracy.
