Working Schedule: 8am-5pm EST Salary Range: $2000-$3000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client) Overview: We are looking for a Sales Operations professional. This role focuses on optimizing our sales processes, managing HubSpot, and ensuring the team has the tools and data they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all list building and cleaning, to ensure that the sales team always has qualified leads to call/email. Managing all cold calling infrastructure such as tools and platforms like Orum. Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including updates, data hygiene, and system configurations. Support the sales team with pipeline management, reporting, and dashboards. Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve team performance. Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members on HubSpot and sales processes. Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline workflows and implement best practices. Support lead management, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, automation, and workflows. Understanding of sales processes, particularly BDR/SDR workflows. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend process improvements.
