Job Summary Senior Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient, safe, and competitive operation of our manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive electronic manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a management position. They should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to develop and retain technical and leadership talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions and drive continuous improvement and technological innovation through process optimization, automation solutions, and equipment reliability. About the Role Process Engineering: Standardize and continuously improve manufacturing processes. Maintenance and Reliability: Oversee preventive, predictive, and TPM maintenance strategies. Automation: Promote automation in final assembly and testing. Talent Management: Develop and retain technical and leadership talent. Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF and ISO standards. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your Qualifications 10+ years in automotive electronic manufacturing engineering. At least 5 years in a management position. Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronic engineering, or related field. Advanced English language proficiency.
