ADT Alarmas, líder en sistemas de seguridad, está buscando un Especialista en Seguridad Corporativa para unirse a nuestro equipo en la Ciudad de México.Key Objective:El candidato será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de seguridad que protejan los activos, empleados y operaciones de la empresa. Las principales tareas serán:Seguridad física y de las personasPrevención y detección de delitosInvestigaciones de fraudePlanes de gestión de la continuidad del negocioGestión de crisisMedio ambiente, seguridad y saludResponsabilitiesAnálisis e investigación:Liderar investigaciones internas enfocadas a la detección y prevención de fraude interno, atendiendo a los procedimientos de investigación desarrollados e implementados por la empresa.Atender incidencias internas/externas con posible impacto legal y/o reputacional para la empresa.Desarrollar metodología preventiva y predictiva para la lucha contra el fraudeMonitorear y optimizar la herramienta de gestión de incidencias en toda la Región, para su análisis, tratamiento y mejora de procesos.Business Continuity Plan•Asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan de Auditoría de Certificación ISO 22301 (2026)Seguridad FísicaImplementación profesional y monitoreo del cumplimiento de requisitos de seguridad física, así como la identificación y corrección de deficiencias y brechas en el sistema de seguridadProporcionar una evaluación continua de las políticas, protocolos y directrices actuales de seguridad y protecciónPromover la concienciación entre los empleados en materia de seguridad.Nivel de inglés: C1.Desable: Conocimiento de las regulaciones actuales sobre seguridad física (legislación, incendios, CCTV, alarmas, etc.)
