We are seeking a Social Media Analytics & Insights Manager to own performance measurement, analysis, and reporting across social media channels, with a strong focus on connecting social activity to website performance using Google Analytics (GA4).This role is responsible for transforming data into clear insights and recommendations that inform content strategy, campaign optimization, and business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working across platforms, and able to translate metrics into meaningful outcomes.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTKey Responsibilities:Social Media AnalyticsTrack and analyze performance across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube).Monitor key metrics, including:Reach and impressionsEngagement ratesFollower growthVideo performanceIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.Web Analytics (Google Analytics)Use Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze:Traffic from social channelsUser behavior on siteConversion paths and eventsConnect social media activity to:Website engagementLead generationConversion outcomesValidate and troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.Reporting & DashboardsBuild and maintain standardized dashboards and reports for leadership and teams.Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with:InsightsKey trendsActionable recommendationsEnsure consistency in metrics and definitions across brands or channels.Insights & RecommendationsTranslate data into clear, practical insights to inform:Content strategyCampaign optimizationChannel investment decisionsPartner with social, content, and paid media teams to improve performance.Measurement FrameworksDefine KPIs and benchmarks aligned with business goals.Support A/B testing and performance measurement.Maintain documentation for tracking, metrics, and reporting standards.Tools & Data ManagementWork with native platform analytics, social management tools, and GA4.Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability.Stay current on analytics best practices and platform changes.Required Qualifications:3–6+ years experience in social media analytics or digital analyticsStrong hands‑on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)Experience analyzing data from multiple social platformsAbility to synthesize data into insights and recommendationsStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with social media management or analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout)Familiarity with attribution models and conversion trackingExperience supporting B2B and/or B2C marketing teamsExperience working across multiple brands or business unitsWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):Clear, standardized reporting across social and webReliable connection between social activity and website outcomesActionable insights that influence content and campaign decisionsImproved clarity and confidence in performance measurementIdeal Traits:Highly analytical and detail-orientedStrong communicator who can explain data clearlyCurious, proactive, and insight-drivenComfortable working with multiple stakeholders$11 - $12 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
