ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversight and delivery of client projects and solutions for assessing risk exposure, protecting against attacks, and orchestrating continual improvements of cybersecurity. Assist with sales and product management activities such as technical pre‑sales support and creation of products bundles. Led definition and development of deliverables to solve client problems, address and communicate difficult client situations and produce actionable recommendations. Create positive team environment and support collaboration across multiple teams to produce outstanding deliverables. Identify opportunities to leverage cybersecurity and other services capabilities, including identification of cross‑sell opportunities. Manage and collaborate with other assigned resources on engagements to drive results, including engaging internal stakeholders from business development and client account management. End‑to‑end project management including project planning, documentation, scheduling, finances, implementation and measurement. Manage third‑parties, internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a trusted client business advisor and own senior client relationships from mid‑level to C‑suite. Ensure flawless delivery of cybersecurity services projects and solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships. Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues identified throughout the delivery of initiatives. Ensure completion of projects in an efficient and cost‑effective manner in line with deadlines and required structures. Contribute to evolving our products supporting the Global, Regional and Local product strategy. Build relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and trusted engagement leader. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years experience with cybersecurity advisory services in a consulting organization (Senior Manager or higher level) with team management responsibility in cybersecurity projects. Experience with the application of information security standards and good practices such as PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA and hands‑on experience in executing and managing cyber security risk & controls assessments and/or audits. Experience in assessing and building cybersecurity programs and solutions that balance protection and business needs. Demonstrated working experience with security technologies and processes such as awareness and training, cloud security, crisis and incident response management, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management, security in disruptive technologies such AI - Artificial Intelligence, CRQ – Cyber Risk Quantification, web application firewall, identity theft protection. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills and ability to structure analyses to from cybersecurity data‑driven solutions. Demonstrated ability to build trust‑based relationships with both mid- and executive-level clients. Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed tactical execution skills to drive overall client impact and ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations. Industry savvy, understanding emerging cyber trends and using market opportunities. Experience in a matrix organization structure, managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Meticulous with excellent coordination and project management skills to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively. Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a flexibility to multitask and handle multiple requests with varying degrees of priority simultaneously. Strong capability in data analysis, translating raw data such as cyber threat intelligence into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulate storytelling and translating complex insights into compelling narratives that resonate with clients. Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. English proficiency. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities. Experience with payment ecosystem security and beyond: understanding of security models in traditional financial services customers e.g. Acquirers, Processors, Issuers and customers from other segments e.g. Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, Media, Energy & Utilities. Experience designing and delivering large scale cyber solutions, increasing the engagement of customers. Desirable certifications CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor. MBA or master’s degree with specialization in cybersecurity. Spanish proficiency are desirable. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
