OverviewCybersecurity Services Business Development, Senior Managing Consultant role at Mastercard. The role leads the growth of Mastercard’s Cybersecurity within the Division, acting as the P&L owner for Mastercard Cybersecurity, and driving revenue through direct sales engagement and cross-functional collaboration with customer-facing teams.Responsibilities Will IncludeBuild & Oversee the GTM Operating Model for the DivisionDefine a collaborative operating model with clear joint account coverageConnect sales and SBL teams under a unified MA Cyber narrative and sales processCoordinate internal execution across teams and facilitate key client introductions across businessesIdentify cross-sell opportunities between RF/RR/ConsultingOversee sales enablement, especially for SBLs (sales collateral, pitch decks, training, pipeline visibility)Align product, sales, CS and marketing teams around launches and revenue goalsSpecialist Cyber Sales: End-to-end ownership of sales, with focus on consulting bundlesLeverage Recorded Future & Risk Recon referrals for Mastercard managed accountsIdentify issues, take improvement actions and communicate progressReport clearly on commercial integration progressTrack lead funnel health and conversion efficiency, and take improvement actionsAdvise on integration risksSuccess will be measured by sales performance, client impact, and contribution to the expansion of Mastercard’s cybersecurity solutions footprintRequired QualificationsCybersecurity experience: 10+ years’ work experience including time spent in cybersecurity consulting or technology salesIndustry savvyness; understanding emerging cyber trends and creatively leveraging market opportunitiesExperience in selling security services, consulting and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness and training, cloud security, crisis and incident response management, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management, security in disruptive technologies including AI, CRQ – Cyber Risk Quantification, web application firewall, and identity theft protectionDiverse Stakeholder ManagementDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approachExceptional communication skills, able to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authorityTrack record of delivering results through structured planning, rigorous execution, and attention to detailComfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving prioritiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with detailed tactical execution for client impactExperience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple initiatives and prioritiesExperience in complex organizational structures with internal and external stakeholdersCommercial ExperienceExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for clientsDirect selling or customer-facing experience; identifying client needs and building cybersecurity proposalsAbility to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals and scoping for opportunitiesDemonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with mid- and executive-level clientsNote: No non-competes that prevent sales interactions with clients in the financial services sectorPreferred QualificationsSuccessful tenure at a top-tier strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman)Experience with information security standards and good practices (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA)Experience with payment ecosystem security and understanding security needs for potential customers in the segmentExperience in managing P&L or similar business ownership roles with a focus on growth and profitabilityCorporate Security ResponsibilityAbide by Mastercard’s security policies and practicesEnsure the confidentiality and integrity of informationReport suspected information security violations or breachesComplete periodic mandatory security trainings per Mastercard’s guidelinesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesFinancial ServicesIT Services and IT ConsultingTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
