Overview :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trader to join our client’s fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a digital asset-native company and will be responsible for driving new business, managing a book of clients, and executing trades. This is a client-facing role that requires a strong background in trading, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial markets, specifically within the crypto space Responsibilitie s:Manage and expand the book of business by engaging with clients and identifying new trading opportunitie s.Execute trades for clients on the OTC desk, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction s.Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solution s.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of trades and operation s.Provide market insights and updates to clients, offering them strategic advice in a rapidly evolving crypto marke t.Achieve performance targets, including revenue generation, client satisfaction, and trade volume growt h.Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfactio Requiremen ts:Proven experience working at a digital asset-native company (e.g., Kraken, Binance, Coinbase) or on an OTC trading de sk.Strong understanding of trading in financial markets, particularly in digital asse ts.Experience in a client-facing role with a high level of English proficien cy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environme nt.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance-driven resul ts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skil ls.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferre its:15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, plus US bank holid ays.Remote work culture, offering flexibility and work-life bala nce.Performance-based bonus struct ure.A collaborative environment with opportunities for gro Compensa tion:$3,000 - $5,000 per month (flexible based on experience and performa If you think you'd be a great fit for the role, we’d love to hear from you Apply through Hire with Near to connect with our client and boost your c career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
