About the Role Arrow is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Materials Planning Associate to join our team in Guadalajara. The role focuses on supporting new supplier lines and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. What You'll Be Doing Plan and pipeline inventory for high‑complex customer demand—high dollar value and/or large part count. Prepare both Arrow‑generated and customer‑supplied forecast uploads and manage exceptions generated from the forecast processing; resolve any upload and/or output issues. Review parameters and recommend or change settings to achieve company inventory‑turn goals. Collaborate with sales teams and the supply‑chain group to suggest alternative supply‑chain options and enhance customer support, generating out‑of‑box solutions. What We Are Looking For 4‑year degree and 2‑4 years of related experience in planning and/or supply chain. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English. Intermediate‑advanced Excel skills. Experience using ERP systems. Ability to juggle many tasks at once. Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally and effectively.
