Job Summary The Account Specialist ensures prospective and current customers have an exceptional experience that reflects our dedication to their success. You will stay current on product features, identify solutions that map to customer needs, prepare contract proposals, drive online sales, and educate customers on self‑service resources. Performance is measured by revenue attainment and customer satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and current customers across multiple channels to qualify product fit. Understand the prospect’s business needs and challenges, and act as a trusted advisor by providing best practices. Consistently work toward increasing customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional experience. Become a product expert to articulate features and how they map to customer needs. Present and demonstrate business value of products, tailoring demos to customer requirements. Act as frontline for technical issues, routing to Support when appropriate. Handle initial billing and licensing questions; raise issues as needed. Partner with distribution teams to ensure customer success before and after sale. Identify and recommend improvements across product and process. Field, address, and detail inbound inquiries via telephone, chat, cases, and email. Ensure customer adoption and value during trial and onboarding. Negotiate contract terms, assist with online purchases, and handle contract modifications. Contribute to team goals of driving time to value. Participate in specialized projects. Record customer interactions in Salesforce CRM software. Maintain a high‑performing culture. Qualifications Willingness and ability to dive right in, self‑learn, and retain product knowledge. Determination to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals month over month. Basic troubleshooting skills, perseverance, empathy, and persistence. Excellent communication and empathy across all customer levels. Ability to multitask and balance priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Top‑notch written and verbal English skills. Effective time‑management and flexibility to support multiple channels. Strong determination and accountability. Education & Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 2+ years of sales or relevant customer‑facing experience.
