En BCD Travel buscamos un Quality Manager para apoyar las operaciones a nivel nacional en la definición, ajuste, implementación y validación de procesos y herramientas. Esta posición colaborará estrechamente con múltiples departamentos, así como con proveedores externos. Será responsable de crear, monitorear y dar seguimiento a la calidad de los procesos, así como de definir y ejecutar planes de acción correctiva cuando sea necesario. Además, actuará como punto de contacto central para los estándares definidos a nivel global o regional y contribuirá activamente a la implementación de la estrategia global de BCD Travel. Responsabilidades Definir, implementar y evaluar procesos operativos de calidad. Gestión de riesgos, auditorias y certificaciones. Coordinar con equipos internos y proveedores externos para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares. Monitorear indicadores de calidad y ejecutar planes de mejora continua. Participar activamente en proyectos globales y regionales. Ser el punto de contacto para la implementación de estándares y procedimientos. Requisitos Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería. Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (deseable) Interpretación de normas ISO 9001. Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación (oral y escrita). Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Word, Excel y PowerPoint. Habilidades en resolución de conflictos. Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Certificaciones Deseables Six Sigma Yellow o Green Belt PMP – Project Management Professional Otras certificaciones en gestión de proyectos o calidad serán consideradas un plus.
