We are looking for a Regional Solution Lead to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and business growth for our Body-Worn Camera (BWC) + Evidence Management System (EMS) product line across Latin America.This role will focus on expanding our integrated hardware and software solutions within key public safety sectors, including federal and state police, traffic authorities, correctional institutions, and municipal governments.RequirementsWe're seeking professionals with strong familiarity in public safety technology, government projects, and vendor ecosystems in LATAM.Preferred Experience IncludesFrom Platform & Device VendorsBodycam / VMS Product Manager, Public Safety Sales Engineergovernment project experienceCCTV / VMS engineers with government project experienceAI video analytics specialistsSmart city / public safety consultantsGovernment professionals managing bodycam or evidence systemsKey Skills & CompetenciesMarket Intelligence : Understand LATAM public safety trends and customer needs.Ecosystem Navigation : Familiarity with vendor-integrator-government dynamics.Value Communication : Ability to translate technical features into clear benefits.Pre-Sales Expertise : Skilled in presentations, PoCs, and public demos.Influence & Collaboration : Work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
