We are a highly collaborative team, with a strong product mindset and a high level of autonomy.We’re looking for people who don’t just write code, but think about impact, challenge decisions when needed, and propose improvements with sound judgment.The roleWe’re looking for a Frontend Developer with at least 3 years of experience in React and Next.js, who is comfortable working on a product already in production and collaborating closely with backend, product, and design.This role is not execution-only: we expect technical judgment, informed opinions, and autonomy to make reasonable decisions around frontend and UX, always aligned with business goals and team culture.What you’ll doDevelop and maintain web interfaces using React and Next.jsImplement frontend features on top of existing APIs (REST)Collaborate with backend to define clear and efficient contractsPropose UX/UI improvements based on experience, data, or feedbackMake frontend technical decisions (libraries, patterns, structure) with judgmentImprove frontend performance, accessibility, and maintainabilityWork in an iterative environment with constant change and learningWhat we’re looking for:Technically:Solid experience with React / TypeScriptReal-world experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, data fetching, etc.)Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive designExperience consuming REST APIs and WebSocketsExperience working with existing codebases (not only greenfield)Mindset & way of working:Autonomy to research, propose, and decideGenuine interest in UX and improving user experienceAbility to balance speed and qualityStrong communication with backend and product profilesComfort working in small, remote teamsContinuous improvement mindset (not “this is how it’s always been done”)Plus (not required):englishExperience with AWS services for frontendKnowledge of frontend testingResponsible use of AI tools for developmentExperience in startups or growing productsHow we work at FamososHigh-trust teamsLow micromanagement, high responsibilityConstant and direct feedbackTechnical decisions made with context, not trendsWe value judgment and attitude more than the “perfect” stackImportantWe’re not looking for someone who just “takes tickets.”We’re looking for someone who:Asks whyProposes better ways to do thingsCares about the end userFeels ownership of the product #J-18808-Ljbffr
