Their operation is fast-growing, highly technical, and built on precision, craftsmanship, and a commitment to keeping engines — and businesses — running.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building CRM structure, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to play a key role in HubSpot operations while supporting a growing sales team.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Ops & HubSpot Admin (Data-Driven) to support our client’s sales organization. In this role, you’ll help optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, reporting, and data integrity, enabling the sales team with better visibility and CRM support. This position offers a great opportunity to grow with the company while building systems from the ground up.This role is perfect for someone independent, highly analytical, and eager to help streamline and optimize HubSpot operations to support sales teams and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, pipelines, sequences, and lifecycle stages.Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies, deals, and territories.Create dashboards and reports for sales reps, management, and leadership.Support the Sales Manager with visibility, metrics, and CRM infrastructure.Manage lead routing, territory assignments, and account ownership.Oversee integrations and cross-departmental HubSpot usage (Sales, Marketing, Returns, etc.).Analyze sales activity, pipeline metrics, and customer data to drive insights.Provide ongoing CRM support and act as the primary HubSpot point of contact.What We’re Looking For3+ years in Sales Operations, HubSpot Administration, or CRM-focused roles.Strong data skills and experience manipulating large datasets (not full Data Science, but confident with analytics).Experience working in dynamic, startup-like environments where processes are still being built.Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and collaborate cross-functionally.Strong communication skills and comfort working fully remote.Industry experience in automotive, diesel, or industrial sectors is a plus but not required.Perks – What’s in It for YouCompetitive compensation: $1,500–$2,500/monthLong-term opportunity with a growing U.S. company.Ownership of CRM operations and impactful technical work.Remote work from anywhere in LATAM.Paid local holidays (PTO included) in monthly compensation.Collaborative, fast-paced environment with room for growth.Interview Process2-step process:Interview with the hiring manager.Final interview with an additional internal stakeholder. #J-18808-Ljbffr
