Lead Professional Services technical solutions, ensuring successful implementations for both new and existing customers. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role involves guiding customers through discovery, design, and deployment sessions while collaborating with teams such as Customer Success, Tech Support, and Training. The Solutions Engineer will drive adoption by optimizing configurations, automating processes using scripting and APIs, and creating custom solutions tailored to client needs. They will also provide critical product feedback to internal teams, share best practices with peers and customers, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall delivery quality.You have:3–4 years of experience in IT or software engineering, including at least 2 years in IT operations (systems administration, networking, or DevOps) and hands-on scripting in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.Expertise in one or more IT domains—such as Linux/Windows servers, networking, security, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)—is required, along with familiarity with web technologies like HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs.A proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and openness to using AI tools to improve productivity and innovation are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
