En TMH , buscamos un/a Product Designer (UI) para participar en el diseño visual y funcional de nuestra plataforma digital interna. Tu labor será crear interfaces claras, ordenadas y fáciles de usar, orientadas a mejorar los procesos operativos reales de la empresa. Colaborarás con desarrollo, operaciones y dirección para diseñar pantallas, formularios, dashboards, componentes y prototipos interactivos. Este rol puede trabajarse de forma remota , con comunicación continua con el equipo. ️ Responsabilidades Diseñar pantallas web y móviles con enfoque en claridad y facilidad de uso. Crear, organizar y documentar componentes, estilos y lineamientos visuales. Diseñar formularios, flujos operativos y dashboards. Elaborar prototipos interactivos en Figma. Mejorar pantallas existentes con propuestas visuales funcionales. Colaborar con el área técnica para la correcta implementación de los diseños. Requisitos Experiencia comprobable en diseño UI (portafolio requerido). Dominio de Figma (auto-layout, componentes, prototipos). Habilidad para crear pantallas finales, no solo wireframes. Buen criterio visual, orden y atención al detalle. Comunicación clara y trabajo colaborativo. Conocimiento básico de UX es bienvenido, pero el enfoque del puesto es principalmente UI.
