Company Description Verto Network Solutions Inc., a Filipino‑owned corporation established in 2009, specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for the telecommunications and BPO industries. Initially serving wholesale business in telecommunications, Verto expanded into the call center market in 2013 by venturing into the BPO sector. Located in Ortigas, Pasig City, the company offers turn‑key solutions, including VOIP services, physical office facilities, network infrastructure, and HR services, to small and medium‑sized BPOs, KPOs, and call centers. Verto is dedicated to helping clients establish their presence efficiently by addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
Role Description The Account Executive role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Responsibilities
include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also deliver exceptional customer service, create and present proposals, and collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet client needs and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Proven sales and relationship management skills in account management and client acquisition Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze customer needs, offer solutions, and achieve sales targets Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage Previous experience in the telecommunications or BPO industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field A proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
