Our client is a well-established technology-driven company specializing in the R&D and industrial application of power electronics, including transformers, power supplies, and lighting solutions. As part of its international operations, our client is seeking an experienced Procurement & Development Manager to support its business in Mexico. Key Responsibilities Build, optimize, and manage the procurement system for Mexico operations, including supplier management and team capability development. Develop, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with local suppliers to improve cost efficiency and supply stability. Conduct market research and analyze procurement trends to continuously optimize sourcing strategies. Coordinate procurement-related matters such as delivery schedules, quality control, and cross-functional communication with internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management. Spanish is required; Chinese or English proficiency is a strong advantage. Possession of a valid Mexican driver's license with confident driving ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
