Our client is a well-established technology-driven company specializing in the R&D and industrial application of power electronics, including transformers, power supplies, and lighting solutions. As part of its international operations, our client is seeking an experienced Procurement & Development Manager to support its business in Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, optimize, and manage the procurement system for Mexico operations, including supplier management and team capability development.Develop, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with local suppliers to improve cost efficiency and supply stability.Conduct market research and analyze procurement trends to continuously optimize sourcing strategies.Coordinate procurement-related matters such as delivery schedules, quality control, and cross-functional communication with internal teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management.Spanish is required; Chinese or English proficiency is a strong advantage.Possession of a valid Mexican driver's license with confident driving ability.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
