If you’re passionate about strategy, creativity, and results, this is the place for you. CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER Responsibilities Develop and supervise the strategic communication plan for clients. This includes PR, influencer marketing, social media, inbound, and events. Lead client services and client management activities. Evaluate the completion of projects and monitor the management of all assigned accounts. Manage the expertise teams and follow up on customer requests. Qualifications +6 years of experience in a full-service communication agency. Proficiency in English (fluent). Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (essential), including social media, influencer marketing, events, PR. Skills: Leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving, client service, empathic negotiation, results focused. At another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
