Descripción del trabajo Ordinary Experts es una empresa de consultoría técnica especializada en la gestión de infraestructura AWS mediante Infrastructure as Code. Somos un partner de AWS Consulting. Estamos contratando a un ingeniero DevOps (contratista) de tiempo completo que residirá en México. Este rol medio brinda los siguientes servicios a nuestros clientes: Asesorar a clientes sobre arquitectura de soluciones AWS Desarrollar y desplegar Infrastructure as Code usando tecnologías como CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, Chef, Ansible, etc. Los ingenieros DevOps trabajan en equipos con un Tech Lead y un Project Manager. Dependiendo del proyecto, el ingeniero puede interactuar directamente con los clientes. Esta posición es 100 % remota y requiere disponibilidad durante horario de negocio de la zona horaria del Pacífico. Se necesita flexibilidad, rapidez de aprendizaje y comodidad al asumir nuevos retos. La experiencia como consultor independiente no es obligatoria, pero sería valorada. El candidato debe tener experiencia con una amplia variedad de servicios AWS y un buen entendimiento de la infraestructura cloud moderna. Experiencia con al menos una herramienta IaC (preferiblemente Terraform o CloudFormation) – requerida. Habilidades sólidas en Linux – esenciales. Conocimientos de Docker – ventaja. Conocimientos adicionales: Ansible, Chef, scripting en Bash, Python, Javascript; frameworks Rails, Django, Celery; bases de datos PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora, Timescale, Redis, Memcache.
