Talent Acquisition Advisor, HUB MTY – Mondelēz International Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. This role provides leadership and direction to a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, delivering all recruitment needs—from early‑career to hourly, professional, and white‑collar contingent labor—within the geography. Responsibilities include requisition creation, sourcing strategy, talent pipelining, and offer acceptance. How You Will Contribute Partner with business and people leads to understand priorities, create and monitor plans aligned with the global Talent Acquisition Strategy, and provide market insights to improve talent decisions. Ensure the global vision, brand, and identity are tailored to local needs. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategy to feed requirements into the BU strategy. Provide strategic leadership, day‑to‑day management, and coaching to a high‑performing team of advisors. Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience and continuously improve the TA process by identifying service issues and implementing changes. Own compliance requirements for the geography/function, ensuring all legal and recruitment‑prioritization needs are met. What You Will Bring Extensive expertise in talent acquisition for the geography/function, including early‑career to white‑collar contingent labor. Experience in a complex matrix organization; prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred. Evidence of leading high‑performing teams. Strong communication skills with all leadership levels and flexibility from strategy to tactical execution. Results‑driven with a customer‑service orientation. Project and vendor management skills, ability to lead complex projects and drive continuous improvement. Track record of meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities. Advanced English proficiency. On‑site presence at Planta Salinas, Nuevo León. Proactive, stakeholder‑management, and sense of urgency. Strong communication skills and TA KPI tracking.
