Credit And Collection Accountant Lead

As a Credit and Collection Accountant Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the portfolio, focused on maintaining a constant cash flow, minimizing the risk of bad debts, based on internal control and policy guidelines. This position reports to the Credit Manager Mexico and Central America. Key Responsibilities Managing the account receivable with a focus on the business and policies. Maintain financial health in the portfolio (terms, payments, Credit Notes). Maintain a current balance > 95% at the end of each month. Responsible for 100% collection budget coverage. Generate monthly reports with the analysis of the information collected. Qualifications Accounting licensure, such as CPA, Finance, or related. Experience in credit and collections in multinational companies for at least 4 years. Experience in accounts receivable. Basic knowledge of the Order to Cash process. Knowledge of Oracle, SAP.
