Territory Representative (North Area) Caterpillar • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Descripción del trabajo Career Area Sales Job Summary Achieve goals related to customer/retail machine financing to New Business, Aftermarket New Business, PODD in Madisa North territory. What Will you do Visit and attend Dealers and customers in Madisa North territory to achieve the required PODD. Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions. Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products. Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed. Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related area Fluent English. Expert in sales area Expert in negotiations with customers and Dealers. Skills that you will have Customer Focus Emphasizes the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations, and commits to resolving them. Conducts research to verify customer needs and expectations. Seeks customer satisfaction feedback and acts on opportunities for improvement. Regularly meets with customers to understand their wants, needs, and expectations. Industry Knowledge Compares own organization to others in the industry. Describes key products and services within the industry. Identifies major industry segments and their characteristics. Decision Making and Critical Thinking Outlines the characteristics and steps of an effective decision-making process. Identifies issues and communicates with others when decisions need to be made. Utilizes techniques to establish rapport and build trust. Relationship Management Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions. Regularly monitors client satisfaction levels. Alerts the team to problems in client satisfaction. Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems. Value Selling Uses value selling techniques to successfully engage customers. Discusses current value selling practices and recommends potential improvements.
