The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing HR strategies and processes within a growing financial institution in Mexico City. This position ensures compliance with labor and financial regulations while supporting business growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and process optimization. The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and policy management. The HR Coordinator will also develop and implement programs for training, performance evaluation, and cultural development contributing directly to organizational transformation and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and policy management. Design compensation and benefits structures and promote initiatives that enhance company culture and employee satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field. 5-8 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Experience working in financial institutions or SOFOM environments (preferred). In-depth knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, LFT and NOM labor standards. Ability to implement HR policies and processes from scratch. Experience managing small to medium-sized teams (30-100 employees). Intermediate proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP, NOI or equivalents). Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills. High ethical standards, confidentiality and professional integrity. Benefits Competitive gross salary: $45,000 - $50,000 MXN per month. Legal and superior employee benefits.
