The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing HR strategies and processes within a growing financial institution in Mexico City. This position ensures compliance with labor and financial regulations while supporting business growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and process optimization.The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and policy management. The HR Coordinator will also develop and implement programs for training, performance evaluation, and cultural development, contributing directly to organizational transformation and employee well -being.Key responsibilities include supervising payroll and personnel administration, maintaining compliance with labor laws, designing compensation and benefits structures, and promoting initiatives that enhance company culture and employee satisfaction. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.5–8 years of professional experience in Human Resources.Experience working in financial institutions or SOFOM environments (preferred).In -depth knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, LFT, and NOM labor standards.Ability to implement HR policies and processes from scratch.Experience managing small to medium -sized teams (30–100 employees).Intermediate proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP, NOI, or equivalents).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict -resolution skills.High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
