Your Responsibilities Lead the presales strategy for SAP Transportation Management solutions across the Americas, driving new business opportunities. Build strong client relationships, understanding business needs and positioning SAP TMS as the optimal solution. Develop tailored solution designs and presentations, demonstrating the value of SAP TMS to both business and technical stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and Fit-to-Standard sessions to gather customer requirements and map them to SAP TMS capabilities. Support the sales team with technical expertise, demos, business cases, and proofs of concept. Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads, assist in proposal creation, and convert opportunities into projects. Lead customer-facing workshops and demos to showcase SAP TMS and align solutions with client objectives. Stay current with industry trends and SAP TMS capabilities, improving presales methodologies. Contribute to sales negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to delivery. Your Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 3+ years of presales or sales experience in Transportation Management, with strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes. Expertise in SAP TMS processes, including freight management, route optimization, and transportation planning. Deep understanding of SAP TMS architecture and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA). Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and flexibility to take on other responsibilities, such as consulting or project management.
