Senior Client Success role at Global Payments Inc. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Proactively engage clients to assess satisfaction and identify potential issues before they escalate. Analyze client feedback, usage data, and behavior to detect churn risks and take appropriate action. Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, marketing, etc.) to resolve client concerns and align on client needs. Advocate for client needs internally to drive product or service enhancements. Track and report on client retention metrics and trends. Use various CRMs such as Salesforce and internal tools to assist clients and manage their accounts. Investigate client support history or conduct needs analysis based on business needs. Engage clients via phone and email to promote the value of our services and solutions. Address escalations that affect client continuation with the company. Handle client complaints or escalations professionally and efficiently. Respond to NPS feedback to resolve client concerns. Train and educate new accounts on integrated processing complexities. Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities in coordination with the sales team. Conduct value‑driven conversations with clients regarding pricing needs. Work with Finance and Sales teams to address pricing requests proactively. Negotiate pricing plans that benefit both the company and the client. Educate clients on pricing structures, rates, fees, interchange, and statements. Negotiate contract extensions using addendums when pricing adjustments are needed. Handle at‑risk client escalations shared through partner relationships. Assist business partners with campaigns to improve client experience and reduce attrition. Respond to inbound IM, phone, and email inquiries from internal departments, clients, and partners regarding the use of Global Payments products and services. Act as a central point of contact for high‑profile clients as needed. Maintain ongoing client relationships and account management as needed.
