With over 85,000 units under management and a team of 150+ professionals, we provide comprehensive bookkeeping and virtual property management services to some of the largest real‑estate investment firms in the U.S. Our mission is to help our clients scale their businesses beyond what they imagined possible, using innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise. Posición Senior Bookkeeper (remote) Responsabilidades Act as the main client contact, ensuring accurate monthly bookkeeping across a portfolio of clients. Timely client communication and collaboration with Bookkeepers and the Client Success Director (CSD). Complete bank reconciliations, accounts payables, and accounts receivables. Assist with month‑end close and report generation. Set up new properties, manage move‑outs, owner draws, and management fees. Ensure monthly deadlines are achieved. Cualificaciones Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Certified Public Accountant preferred (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience working with Buildium (mandatory). 2+ years overall real‑estate accounting/finance experience, ideally at an accounting firm or real‑estate investment/development company. Ability to lead client meetings and provide insights. Knowledge of recording purchases, dispositions, refinancing, capitalization of costs, and rental property income statements. Strong English verbal and written skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Slack, Clickup, and Workspace. Desirables CPA certification. Entrepreneurial mindset; experience managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously. Prior Big 4 or related work experience. Deep understanding of real‑estate tax implications. Problem‑solving attitude and teamwork. Ubicación y Horario Virtual (remote), full‑time. Availability required between 8 am–5 pm CST, Monday‑Friday.
