Our client is a digital-focused team building high-performing paid media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social advertising across Meta platforms. They work with a performance-driven mindset, leveraging creative experimentation, archived footage, and raw assets to produce engaging video content optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion. Their environment values collaboration, clarity in execution, and high creative standards. Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Role Overview: The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming archived footage and raw creative assets into polished, high-performing paid social ads, primarily for Meta platforms. This role focuses on editing, optimizing, and refining video content to maximize engagement and conversion, while closely collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Video Editing for Paid Social Ads Edit archived footage and raw assets into compelling paid social ads for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Produce polished video content tailored specifically for advertising formats and platform best practices. Ad Optimization & Performance Focus Optimize video edits to drive performance, engagement, and conversion. Apply best practices for paid social video formats to improve ad effectiveness. Collaboration & Creative Alignment Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand brand messaging, campaign goals, and target audiences. Ensure all video content aligns with creative direction and maintains brand consistency. Editing Execution & Feedback Use professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software to refine content. Follow creative briefs precisely and maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables. Iterate on edits based on feedback to deliver final assets that meet campaign requirements and timelines. Qualifications Experience 2+ years of professional experience in video editing. Proven experience editing paid social ads, preferably for Meta platforms. Skills Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. High attention to detail, with a strong eye for both aesthetics and performance-driven editing. Ability to translate brand messaging and audience insights into compelling video content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Clear and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
